De Wajah Soul cream

 Assalamualaikum. De Wajah soul cream is a night cream.It comes in a 10 grm jar.I bought two of these . It is quite strong. A few days later I have some pimples.

I am not sure if it is a purging or a break out.I did not wait for long. I still use the cleansing milk,toner and the sunscreen.
